Hi! I’m Alex, the editor of East Coast Contessa — I’m so glad you stopped by my little corner of the internet to meet me and my team! Wether you’re passing through for the first time or have followed my adventures in food an travel in the past, I can’t wait to share even more of my favorite places and spaces with you.

Since 2016, I've had the privilege of working with more than 450 consumer brands from across the globe — 20 countries to be exact — but who’s counting? I hope that sharing my experiences evokes a sense of community and wanderlust in each of you as you make your way through my editorials, reviews, and photographs (and don't be shy -- I love to hear feedback and travel stories from fellow adventurers!)

Of the many lessons my journeys have taught me, being open to learning about and experiencing other cultures is the most important as it's the first step towards creating a more inclusive and tolerant world. My hope is that, in some small way, you agree this blog is a good place to start.
