A coffee cafe or a clothing store? An Asian Restaurant or a bakery? At 1351 H Street NE in Washington, D.C., we aren’t exactly sure what is going on, but what we do know, is that the masterminds behind the creation of Maketto got *everything* right.

Maketto, a 6,000 square foot communal marketplace and lifestyle brand that offers a retail, restaurant and cafe tri-fecta, is a sanctuary for young and old, hip and prep, and foodies and family’s alike who have a taste for all things sweet, savory, and spicy.

The restaurant offers lunch Monday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and features plates such as Soy Milk + Chinese Doughnuts, and Scallion Pancakes with Spiced Beef.
